  • star rating  Rude staff member - Was there a few nights last week and had mostly an enjoyable time. Found barmen Patrick and Tony most helpful as were the floor staff with the exception of one... read more on Friday night. While paying our bill we noticed we were charged for 2 drinks we didn’t have. Said this to the waitress and she said she would check it. Another female floor staff came to our table. She said they don’t make mistakes. When I tried to explain she said we are right we have cameras to prove it. She was very rude and abrupt. So we left. She followed us out onto the street accusing us of not paying our bill. We had paid. So we went back into the bar and spoke to Tony explained what had happened. He checked our bill and agreed we were overcharged. He apologised and refunded us our money. The female staff member didn’t even have the common courtesy to apologise. Wasn’t a nice experience

  • star rating  Absolutely terrible - Absolutely terrible place where you can be thrown out at any time. Terrible and arrogant manager Krystina, who even doesn't listen to any arguments and able to yell at clients... read more only, left us with no alternative.

  • star rating  We visited the James Joyce on our first trip to Prague. We were slightly delicate after our new years eve celebrations the night before but the delicious home cooked food... read more soon sorted that. Two of our party ordered the steak, one ordered beef and ale casserole and one fish & chips. All of the meals were delicious and the staff made sure our drinks never ran dry. Infact we enjoyed the place that much we returned the following day. Great food, great beer, great staff and great prices. Can't ask for much more than that!
