  • star rating  Cosy bar - A lovely cosy pub where the barman Tony goes above and beyond to be helpful. As soon as we walked in the door he straight away found us a table... read more as a lot of the tables were reserved. Beer was lovely and refreshing. Definitely worth a visit

  • star rating  As Irish Bars go, this place has atmosphere, is homely, does great local Czechia beer(Kozel 12), and has very good friendly staff. Has a good food menu and I’d recommend... read more the Sirloin streak, mine was cooked to perfection. Has a selection of international beers and numerous Whiskeys to choose from. For sports lovers there are 3 flat screen TVs and they show premiership matches. More importantly given the old Town Square is only a few hundred yards round the corner, it doesn’t put the arm in price wise and charges very fair prices for both food and drink. And if that isn’t enough, the toilets are clean

  • star rating  My son and I had just flown in from London and were waiting to get into our AirBNB so had a quick meal here. It was quite good and even... read more had a vegetarian option. The staff were attentive and very helpful. It was a nice day to sit outside and enjoy the porch.
